Terms & Conditions of 75bd

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "75bd", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the 75bd platform at https://75bd.io.
• "Platform" means the 75bd website, its mobile-optimised version, and any related gaming services accessible at https://75bd.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account with 75bd or who accesses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account by 75bd as part of a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by 75bd before processing a Player's first withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, denoted by the symbol ৳, the primary currency of the Platform.
• "Business Day" means any day other than a Friday, Saturday, or Bangladesh public holiday.

To be eligible to register an Account with 75bd, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 75bd or any of its affiliated software or gaming suppliers.
• You are registering for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial or professional gambling enterprise.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by 75bd for breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Provision of false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance held in that Account.

75bd reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. The decision of 75bd in such matters is final.

Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold one Account on the Platform at any time. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or different contact details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, 75bd reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit all Balances and Bonus Funds held therein.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. You must notify 75bd immediately at [email protected] if you become aware or suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

Account Activity. An Account that has had no login activity and no transaction for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. 75bd may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 to inactive Accounts where a Balance exists, after providing reasonable prior notice to the registered email address. Where no Balance is held, the Account may be closed after the dormancy period.

Identity Verification (KYC). Prior to processing your first withdrawal, 75bd requires you to complete identity verification by submitting legible copies of a government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID card or passport) and a recent proof of address document (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days). 75bd may also request proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 30 days of a withdrawal request will result in the request being cancelled and returned to the Account Balance.

Accepted Payment Methods. 75bd currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit amount is subject to the limits imposed by the relevant mobile financial service provider.

Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your Account Balance within 60 seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. 75bd is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems or network outages.

Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from fully verified Accounts are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawals requested outside of Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours may take up to 24 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Withdrawal Conditions. To be eligible to make a withdrawal, you must:

• Have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of 75bd.
• Have deposited real money funds at least once via a verified payment method.
• Have met all applicable Wagering Requirements on any active Bonus Funds in your Account.
• Not have any pending security investigations or account reviews active on your Account.

Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. 75bd reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000.

Currency. All transactions on the 75bd platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). No currency conversion service is currently offered.

General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and other promotional offers made available by 75bd are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of each offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotional offer's terms and these general bonus terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated for each promotion. Unless otherwise specified, the default Wagering Requirement for welcome bonuses is 20x the bonus amount.

Eligible Games. Wagering Requirements may only be fulfilled by playing eligible games as specified in the applicable promotion. Contributions toward Wagering Requirements vary by game type. Unless stated otherwise, slots contribute 100% and live table games contribute between 10% and 25% of each bet placed.

Bonus Validity. Bonus Funds must be used within 30 days of being credited to your Account unless a different validity period is stated in the offer. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from your Account Balance without replacement.

Abuse & Fraud. 75bd reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer more than once, wagering on both sides of the same market to reduce risk artificially, or any other activity that, in the reasonable opinion of 75bd, constitutes exploitation of the bonus system.

Promotional Changes. 75bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any change does not retroactively affect Bonus Funds already validly credited to an Account.

Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the 75bd platform are subject to acceptance by 75bd. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. 75bd reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bet types and game categories on the Platform. These limits are displayed within each game or betting market and may be adjusted by 75bd at any time.

Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, communication failure, or software malfunction that results in a bet being accepted at an incorrect price or in circumstances where it should not have been accepted, 75bd reserves the right to void that bet and refund the staked amount to your Account Balance. This applies to casino games, live casino tables, and sports betting markets alike.

Obvious Errors in Odds. Where a sports betting market is published with an obvious pricing error — including odds that are clearly inconsistent with the true probability of the event outcome — 75bd reserves the right to void bets placed at those erroneous odds and settle at the correct odds, or refund the stake. Exploitation of obvious pricing errors is a form of prohibited conduct under Section 7.

Dispute Resolution. Any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or the result of a casino game must be raised with 75bd customer support within 72 hours of the disputed settlement. Disputes raised after this period may not be reviewed. The decision of 75bd in all disputes is final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 75bd platform:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering or maintaining more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any algorithmic tool to place bets or interact with the Platform on your behalf.
• Exploiting bugs, technical errors, or software vulnerabilities in any game or Platform component for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms.
• Attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or random number generators.
• Using the Platform on behalf of, or as agent for, any third party.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your Account.
• Engaging in any conduct intended to damage the reputation, business, or operations of 75bd.

All content on the 75bd Platform — including but not limited to the 75bd name, logo, trademarks, service marks, design elements, game graphics, software, text, and data — is the intellectual property of 75bd or its licensed game providers and content suppliers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content; remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices; use any data mining, scraping, or similar automated data collection method against the Platform; or frame or embed any part of the Platform on a third-party website or application.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers. 75bd licenses this content for delivery to players and makes no claim of ownership over it.

Platform Availability. 75bd endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network outages, and events outside 75bd's reasonable control may result in temporary Platform unavailability. 75bd accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of Platform downtime.

Third-Party Services. The Platform integrates third-party services including payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and game studios. 75bd is not liable for failures, errors, or delays caused by these third-party services beyond what is within 75bd's direct control.

Financial Losses from Gambling. You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the money you deposit and wager on the Platform. 75bd is not responsible for any gambling losses incurred through the normal and fair operation of its games and betting markets.

Aggregate Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of 75bd to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indirect Losses. 75bd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of the Platform.

75bd is committed to providing a safe, controlled, and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take this responsibility seriously.

Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for a defined period or permanently may request self-exclusion by contacting 75bd support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one Business Day and, once active, cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account through the Account Settings area. Deposit limits take effect immediately when set and cannot be increased without a 24-hour cooling-off period. Decreases to limits take effect immediately.

Session Time Limits. Players may configure session time reminders and automatic logout timers through their Account Settings. These tools are provided as a convenience to support healthy gaming habits.

Reality Checks. Players who have been in an active game session for more than 60 minutes will receive an on-screen notification advising them of the time elapsed and offering the option to end the session.

Age Verification. 75bd strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and any Balance returned to the payment method used for deposit, subject to identity verification.

Closure by Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting 75bd support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within two Business Days. Any real-money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any pending Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

Closure by 75bd. 75bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that you do not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Request by a relevant authority or regulatory body.

Where 75bd closes an Account for a reason other than Player breach, any real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after the completion of any outstanding investigations. Where closure is due to Player breach, 75bd reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account Balance.

Amendments. 75bd reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect Player rights or obligations in a significant way — 75bd will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the email address registered to your Account. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or formatting updates) may be made without prior notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the changes.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Entire Agreement. These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy published on the 75bd Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 75bd with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

Language. These Terms and Conditions are written and published in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
